Beechfield Healthcare, a leading Irish provider of healthcare equipment, today announced it has been appointed the exclusive distributor of Teal in Ireland and has assumed the position of framework-approved supplier to the Health Service Executive (HSE) for Generic Clinical Furniture (Project 17269), following the novation of Teal’s HSE framework contract to Beechfield in June 2026.
The announcement builds on a partnership that began in 2022, and which came to initial fruition with the award of an HSE contract for the supply of Specialist Robust Furniture for challenging clinical environments. That contract, delivered in partnership with Teal, demonstrated the strength of the two companies’ working relationship and laid the groundwork for a deeper, more strategic alliance.
The next step in that relationship is now confirmed. Teal, who were awarded the HSE framework for Generic Clinical Furniture (Project 17269) in 2023, have novated that contract to Beechfield Healthcare with effect from June 2026. The framework covers a core range of clinical furniture items, designed to meet the highest standards of durability, safety, and resilience required in clinical environments. Alongside the novation, the two companies have signed an exclusive distribution agreement, making Beechfield Healthcare the sole authorised distributor of Teal products across Ireland.

Beechfield Healthcare’s appointment as sole Irish distributor for Teal further consolidates its position as a leading supplier of specialist clinical furniture to the Irish healthcare market.
