Community Healthcare Product Specialist - Munster
Beechfield Healthcare are synonymous with community care equipment in the Irish healthcare sector. Due to our continued growth and success we are now seeking to appoint a Sales Specialist to promote our extensive product ranges to OT’s, Physio’s, PHN’s, Procurement Professional and other influencers in the HSE procurement. The Role
We are currently seeking a Community Care Equipment Sales Specialist to sell a wide range of care products. While predominantly targeting clinicians within the HSE, you will also be dealing with other influencers within the purchasing ecosystem. This individual will be covering CHO 3, 4 & 5.
We are looking for an individual who meet’s the following criteria:
- Healthcare Sales Experience
- Experience with Seating/Mobility Products a Distinct Advantage
- Excellent Commercial Acumen
- Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills
- You must be Driven, Ambitious and Self-Motivated
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work on your own initiative to see opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Pitch, present, demonstrate and secure orders
- Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
- Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial enquiries.
- Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility.
- New business development.
- Determination of new client and market potential.
- Systematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor information.
- Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.
- Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities: As a CPAP/BiPAP Patient Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive the care they need.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Device Setup and Installation: Manage the setup and installation of CPAP devices for patients, whether at their homes or hospital sleep clinics.
- Patient Support and Follow-Up: Provide ongoing support to patients post-installation. This includes regular telephone calls and additional home visits if necessary to ensure compliance and gather valuable feedback for hospital-based stakeholders.
- Communication Excellence: Utilize your effective communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a high standard of service to both patients and hospital-based stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing our service level for customers and stakeholders. Contribute to process improvements aimed at optimizing efficiency, effectiveness, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Be an integral part of our close-knit team of patient-focused professionals who take pride in their work and represent our organization with dedication.
Requirements: While full training will be provided, candidates should possess some prior experience or knowledge of CPAP/BiPAP.
